Company has a policy against use of child labor, forced labor, or human trafficking in any form, both within organization and throughout supply chain.
Company strictly monitors its hiring processes to ensure compliance with labor laws and has established guidelines for selection and management of business partners, aiming to encourage them to conduct business ethically and respect human rights.
Company places great importance on creating a safe, hygienic, and suitable work environment, particularly within the plastic film and packaging production processes that involve industrial machinery, chemicals, and specialized manufacturing systems.
Company implements safety control measures, provides personal protective equipment (PPE), conducts workplace environment inspections, and carries out continuous safety training to prevent work-related accidents and health impacts.
This includes fostering a safety culture and encouraging employee participation in developing a sustainable work environment.
Company recognizes that human rights risks can arise throughout supply chain; therefore, it prioritizes the selection and assessment of business partners by considering quality, operational standards, business ethics, and adherence to human rights principles.

Company has established channels for receiving complaints and suggestions from employees and all stakeholder groups, enabling them to appropriately report information or lodge complaints regarding actions that may violate human rights, ethical standards, or Company policies
Company prioritizes data protection and confidentiality of complainants, while ensuring that complaint investigations are conducted transparently and fairly without retaliation against whistleblowers.
This includes continuously incorporating recommendations and audit findings to improve operational processes and preventive measures, thereby elevating human rights standards within organization.
Human Rights Due Diligence
The Company conducts Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) on an annual basis to identify human rights risks and establish measures to prevent and mitigate potential adverse human rights impacts arising from its business operations. The scope of the due diligence process covers all of the Company’s activities and stakeholders throughout the value chain, including employees, business partners, customers, and local communities, as well as vulnerable groups, including women, children, Indigenous Peoples, migrant workers, third-party labor, persons with disabilities, pregnant women, older persons, and LGBTQ+ individuals.
The Company’s human rights due diligence and assessment process has been developed in accordance with the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), which encompass key elements including the establishment of a human rights policy, assessment of human rights risks and impacts, integration and management within the organization, monitoring and reporting on performance, and remediation of potential adverse impacts.

Remediation in Cases of Human Rights Violations
The Company places great importance on respecting the human rights of all stakeholders and is committed to preventing and mitigating the risks of human rights violations throughout its value chain, including those affecting employees, customers, suppliers, contractors, communities, and other relevant stakeholders.
In the event that an incident potentially involving a human rights violation is identified or reported, the Company has established a standard process for receiving complaints, conducting investigations, assessing impacts, and providing appropriate, fair, and non-discriminatory remediation. The Company places particular emphasis on protecting complainants and affected persons, as well as preventing the recurrence of similar incidents.
The remediation process for human rights violations consists of the following:
- Receiving Complaints and Reporting Incidents
The Company provides channels through which employees and stakeholders can report concerns or submit complaints regarding suspected or actual human rights violations. The Company maintains the confidentiality of information and protects complainants and whistleblowers from retaliation or unfair discrimination.
- Fact-Finding Investigation
The Company conducts fact-finding investigations in a systematic, transparent, and fair manner by considering relevant information and evidence. Individuals concerned are provided with appropriate opportunities to express their views and clarify the facts.
- Impact and Severity Assessment
The Company assesses the nature, scope, and severity of impacts on affected persons in order to determine appropriate corrective and remedial measures for each individual case.
- Determination and Implementation of Remedial Measures
In the event that a human rights violation is identified, the Company will determine appropriate remedial measures based on the circumstances of each case. Such measures may include addressing the impacts, providing compensation or rehabilitation to affected persons, as well as taking disciplinary action or other appropriate measures in accordance with applicable laws and the Company’s policies and regulations.
- Follow-up and Prevention of Recurrence
The Company monitors the implementation of remedial measures and evaluates their effectiveness. The Company also reviews relevant processes and establishes preventive measures to reduce risks and prevent the recurrence of similar human rights violations.
Performance in 2025
In 2025, the Company did not receive any notifications or complaints concerning human rights violations arising from its business operations. Consequently, no remediation measures were required. Nevertheless, the Company continues to assess and monitor human rights risks and impacts on an annual basis to ensure the continuous prevention and mitigation of potential human rights violations.
